I intended to make CraigC's Collard Roll recipe (Recipe - Collard Rolls) but my grocery store was out of collards. I had already started the dirty rice so I made that. It is very tasty and I cut the chicken livers so small that I can hardly taste them. Bonus! ;-)

P.S. Didn't do too well with post production (which is why one edge is missing ;-) but I'm continuing to practice that and my photography and plating.

Cooked English breky, I normally let everyone eat then I eat later with brunch, I'm happy with leftovers. Wife said most went back for seconds. Everyone's just left so I had 2 shrooms, 2 eggs and 2 hash browns and beans. Everything else gone. Oh well.
Don't have to worry about family dinner tomorrow night now. Wife has to,work tomorrow ( Sunday) hence the cooked brunch today.
