Try rebooting your phone. That may clean up the problems. But it may also reset some of your personal settings back to factory defaults.

Rebooting? Is it different from restarting?
Restart is what I do quite often now,when it freezes, no ither way to make it work...
Setting would not be a priority...I just need a functioning phone. It is less than 2 y old this one.

We used to have a couple of pancake house restaurant chains here, probably went out of business in the '70's or '80's, one called Dutch Pantry and the other Pannekoeken House (or something like that), and they both had a campy Dutch theme for their decor.

Now I remember another one, when we lived in Minnesota, Pannekoeken Haus or Huis, I think, and it was sort of the same atmosphere there, so I always associate pancakes with that.

Huis it will have been, that's Dutch for house.

And Pannenkoeken huizen (plural) are indeed a very Dutch type of restaurant but they're rapidly becoming extinct because they're too old fashioned. They serve fresh pancakes indeed, but they are considered a dinner type of restaurant. There, sadly, is barely any breakfast restaurant culture here. Only recently have some establishments started selling overpriced oat milk & avocado toast to urban young wealthy clientele.

I am dying for a good breakfast restaurant, seriously. All the more after seeing all your gorgeous breakfast's out.

The stamppot buffet places are also going extinct because they are too old fashioned, so I guess there's the good news. Dutch cuisine is now a serious melting pot with interesting new ideas, but it's still a long road to becoming a truly interesting cuisine on the international field.

Personally I'll be pleased enough if most of our food becomes equal to Belgian standards.

I found that my phone apps, texts, and photos were causing issues with my phone (Samsung S9+ I have had for probably 3 years). I went through and deleted a bunch of photos and texts and got rid of rarely used apps. It freed up a lot of space on my phone which helped. Eventually I am just going to have to get a new phone, but it did buy me some time.

I have rebooted my phone often enough and it never once reset personal settings to factory defaults. That's an odd one.
