Cotechino e lenticchie. Big thanks to MypinchofItaly for the inspiration to have a crack at making this dish. I'll admit the cotechino did take a little chasing down. I actually made this two days ago, but am just about to have the last of the leftovers.

We can get fresh juice in Nelson. Our sons up there now. I will txt him now to get me some organic stuff. Wont bother him because he buys it as well.

There are lots of ways to make them. I like strawberry daquiris the best. I like to use frozen fruit because then I don't have to dilute the flavor with ice, instead I am diluting the flavor with a little rum, and some nice whipped cream for the top!

I'm picking fresh strawberries daily. I freeze until I make jam. I can divert some???
