Sort of a chili-vegetable soup mix:

Afternoon folks.

We haven’t been starved all week (LOL)

On Wednesday I took a drive to see my life long bestie in Shell Harbour (near Wollongong) and we ate cheese & crackers with Prosecco for lunch and had a chicken roast for dinner.

The next day while she went to work (she’s a chef) I took myself to the beach before finding a very average burger and driving home. I did treat myself to a large chocolate sundae from Maccas on the drive though.

We had steamed beef sui mai and pot sticker prawn gyoza with ginger garlic stir fried veg for tea when I got home. The dumpling were purchased frozen.

Friday night (last night) we went to Thai. There’s half a dozen restaurants within easy walking distance. The Thai isn’t very authentic but it’s pretty tasty. We had garlic butter prawns, pork spring rolls, Thai beef salad, pork Penang curry, rice & seafood pad thai.

Today we went almost all the way back over the Blue Mountains fog and appointment and had doner kebabs, pide & felafel with salad & hummus.

Tonight we will be having pasta. Creamy bacon & broccoli - I may add pesto as there’s a 3rd of a defrosted jar in the fridge + salad.

My breakfast this morning is a bowl of oats with shredded coconut and coconut spice granola mixed in.

No picture this time. If you've seen one bowl of oats, you've seen most all bowls of oats.
