I have a great recipe for marrow in a fish curry - it soaks up the flavours (and looks pretty if you peel the skin in stripes). I will have to dig it out.

Cheese board, Cyprus style. Nine different cheeses, figs, walnuts, grapes, spicy chutney and, er, strawberry jam. It actually worked quite well on the less tasty cheeses. Wife had chicken goujons made with tempura batter laced with herbs, and triple cooked chips - outstanding.
