Yeah I never dared try it before because I was afraid it would be the worst of both worlds, but it turned out to be a great match

Smoked fish fishcakes. The recipe called for smoked mackerel but I used up some smoked Salmon smoked sea trout and smoked mackerel.

I have no idea and it's the first time I've thought about it. I know it arrived in gallon jars in chippies in Yorkshire.
