I gotta laugh at the name of that...spaetzle is very easy to make and about 100 orders of magnitude better than anything dried in a box/bag.
I make a big batch, freeze the majority - ted it out on a flat sheet so it does not freeze in a lump...

Ive never heard of a Kiwano. Ever.I fixed up yet another fruit smoothie variant, - apricot smoothie.

There seems to be no end to the types of fruit you can blend into a smoothie. But some fruits just won't work, like that kiwano melon. I wouldn't dare to make a smoothie out of kiwano melon.
Well since I didn't actually "cook" anything (I skipped breakfast and made a salad for lunch--I didn't cook the salad obviously) I have nothing to contribute at this point, LOL.
