They use pretty much the same ingredients, but gumbo cooks longer. And, of course, one is served over rice and the other grits.

Delicious!

It certainly was. It's one of our favorites.

@Yorky your green noodles reminded me of our spinach garlic pasta with onion, garlic, marsala sauce. I think we need to have that again.
