I grabbed a bag of frozen prawn gyoza and some wonton instant soup base.

I did 18/29 gyoza pot sticker style and the rest went into the broth once it had come to the boil with ginger, lemon grass, garlic, a coriander root then I added mixed frozen veg, bok choy & gyoza.

We had kimchi, Laoganma, soy/ginger/garlic/black vinegar & Xianglawang chilli condiment.
