Yeah, mayo with BBQ sauce sounds weird.
I haven't tried it but I would like to sometime. Hubby likes elk. I don't like venison I know that.

Best venison I ever had was shot wild by 1 of my customers . I called at his home at night and he was just starting dinner.
He put back straps on an extremely hot skillet. Cooked for about a minute. Wow it was amazing.
I've eaten kangaroo and crocodile also at home.

It's fine...when you spend every day making it all it kind of loses it's appeal. But, people buy it so it must be ok...lol

Made a dip sauce with rocket salad, mint, a dash of fresh ricotta cheese.
Pretty much…though it came from ALDI.
