Spaghetti in butter, cream and parmiggiano sauce. Added a grated smoked cheese (Dimsi is the brand name here, dim meaning Smoke, so its Smokesi😂) and a lovely salad like last night minus the green onion...

Please excuse the deeper plate, just grabbed the first clean one.
Mission: eating😁😂
Kid off to school, me off to online teaching.

My wife refers to jaegermeister as "the medicine," as in, "Oh, I'm not feeling too well, I better have a dose of the medicine."

Jaegermeister shots were an après-ski tradition for me and my ski buddies. If we split up, we would agree "nearest beer at 5PM," or whatever time we were ready to stop skiing, and start drinking. We would always start with a shot of Jaegermeister.

Good morning, I will give a look. I never bought cod in the UK because we preferred haddock. As we can't buy either here I buy the Ledo Alaskan Black Cod or Butter fish. It's very good frozen. We poach it in milk with fresh Hake/Mol , make a parsley sauce with the poaching milk. Add the cooked fish, cover with mashed potato and bake and brown.

Good morning. Thank you, so kind of you . Oh that sounds magical. Will most definitely try that way...yes, the frozen fish is rather good.
For me, it is the only fish I can handle. If it is fresh, head on, needs to be cut open or cleaned or just cover in flour or alike, cannot do it.
Around Christmas I love the winter cod 'na bijelo', the stewy white potato garlic broth...usually buy it.
