I made another big ole pot of my Paniolo Chili... I remembered that I had just bought some "dipping" Corn Chips ...

Found a seafood market 1/2 mile away with a shrimp boat behind it that had docked and unloaded about an hour before I got there. Got jumbo shrimp for $13.99 lb. So yummy!

Short trip to Chiang Mai in northern Thailand; couple of things I ate:

A sort of quesadilla- using Greek style pita with cheese, Persian lamb, salsa verde & babaganoush. With salad & pickles.

We might be obsessed with okonomiyaki- plus it’s an excellent way to use up leftovers.

First one has a bunch of leftover bbq stir fry veg in it & is topped with cheese & bulgogi sauce.

Second one is full of shredded veg for slaw & is topped with mayo, sauce, fried onion, furikake & pickled ginger.

Teriyaki chicken with cashew nuts & scallions, rice with seroendeng and green beans with fried onions.

Pressure cooker short ribs, red wine and beef broth plus pearl onions, carrots, fingerling potatoes.
