What did you cook or eat today (March 2023)?

Last of the aubergines tomatoes and rice last night. I threw on some snowpeas and promptly forgot to start heading the protein up, so the snowpeas ended up overcooked. But it was still tasty. Served with a dollop of homemade soy yoghurt. We cooked a couple of pieces of the vegan Quorn nuggets (not all Quorn is vegan) which are not shown.

Seems my days were rather rushed or busy, so I had tuna canned salads with some excellent store-bought buckwheat-walnut buns. Bothe tuna with cous cous and tuna with red quinoa were actually rather tasty, midly seasoned, not greasy , so it was a good brunch, let us call it that. No real pics, just the markdown advertisement pictures from njuskalo.hr.
