It's lovely weather out here so I made Spanakopita ( Greek spinach & feta parcels) with salad.

And we had a tasty slice of Turban I bought

I made half of a big Wok full of Fried Saimin or Fried Noodles, a favorite in Hawaii.
I loaded this batch down with tons of "goodies", ie homemade Char Siu, crispy Spam®, Kamaboko (fish cake), Carrots, Green Cabbage, Mung Bean Sprouts and Green Onions, YUM!!!!

I also grilled some Teriyaki B/S Chicken Thighs and made my Quick Cucumber Kim Chee (or kimchi, whatever) to go along with.

I had so much of everything leftover, that I made up a plate for my Mother too and took that over to her place this afternoon.
