First home-cooked dinner in about a week ... Beef Chow Funn or Ho Fun or Sa Ho Fun, which ever ... I was just excited!
DH said that this dish was better than the one we had in Vegas WHAT?! That's a real compliment!

Mozzarella, smoked gouda and feta on a new dough recipe, with a blue agave sriracha ranch. Very tasty.

I made a recipe I haven’t made since high school. I had a sudden hankering for James Barber (The Urban Peasant)’s lasagna.

Husband and I both loved it. Very substantial, and since it only makes 4 servings, it’s good for the two of us.
