Guys, I thought these weren't going to turn out because the feel of the dough was off, but this is the most delicious bread I've ever eaten. I used my Sourdough starter (obviously) and added some malt this time.

My normal recipe, I just added malt powder to it. I was looking for an excuse to use it. The weather here is weird right now, transitioning to spring, I chalk it up to humidity.Which recipe did you use?
