BAHAHAHA!
As of February 28th until further notice, I will be doing Intermittent fasting on a high protein diet to shed these - ummm - ROLLS!!!
Today, it's 2 eggs, a high protein shake and that leftover steak from yesterday with some grilled fresh asparagus - worked out for 45 minutes while the ladies cleaned our house today - and no alcohol aka as Dry March.
Good luck bikini girl!

SandwichShortOfAPicnic I tried on my bikini the other day, from last year, and that's ☝️(see above) what it looked like 💩 I don't want to go bathing suit shopping two years in a row, that's exhausting !!!
You’re far too nice to ever look like 💩!!
I’m convinced your sunny personality could carry it off regardless.
But it’s only about what makes you happy 😊

For my son, who 's always hungry:
1 chorizo, sliced, fried with 2 rashers of bacon, chopped.
2 slices smoked turkey breast on bread, coverer with cheese and the above.
Sandwich dipped in 2 egg yolks and fried.
I've got no idea what to call this

Sounds like a version of my "Mom's sandwiches, " roast beef, turkey breast, corned beef, half sour pickle slices, sliced tomatoes, several slices of munster to glue the layers together, and 1000 island dressing, on thicker sliced country bread, dipped in egg wash and fried.

Yep . It was basically an öpen the fridge and see what I can use up" moment!

A Monte Cristo sandwich variation.

My favorite way to eat asparagus.

I had the same as yesterday, well sort off.
I had green beans, egg plant and 2 more peppers that needed finishing. Cut it all up and fried, added yesterday's left over. More fermented black beans, oyster sauce, lime juice and tamarind.
And of course now I got lots of left over.
More portions for the freezer
