What did you cook or eat today (March 2025)

I had a friend for lunch who has celiac and is pescatarian so I made seared shrimp tacos in warm corn tortillas with sauteed red bell peppers and onions with a red cabbage and cilantro slaw mixed with poppy and sesame seeds and topped with fresh avocado. She'd never had shrimp tacos before and loved it.

Just made a shepherds pie with left lamb.
Potato top was store bought..my farmer guy I buy at his gate has gone out of business. I was paying $5 'for 5 kgs. Now I'm.paying $11 for 5kg.
I only buy agria potato
Great roasted or chips.
