PugglesYou don’t roast them whole then?
Sometimes, when I buy them that way. Had a recipe needing lots of garlic, Puggles' alfredo, so bought a bag of it already peeled. I was still 6,382 cloves short...

We had the same thing for supper yesterday!
I love fresh Asparagus done this way...or grilled on the BBQ first, then topped
We wrap them (asparagus) in Prosciutto and grill, then finish with shredded pecorino or other good hard Italian cheese. Yum!Oh I would like so much to eat them grilled on the BBQ… sooner or later I’ll try like that
I had a friend for lunch who has celiac and is pescatarian so I made seared shrimp tacos in warm corn tortillas with sauteed red bell peppers and onions with a red cabbage and cilantro slaw mixed with poppy and sesame seeds and topped with fresh avocado. She'd never had shrimp tacos before and loved it.

I could use it at the finish, but drizzling while cooking it will slip through the BBQ grill grates and not stay on the asparagus. I could use some for myself but my husband doesn't like balsamic vinegar.I cook with a bit of balsamic vinegar. Try it??
