Just a little extra at lunchtime to make use of some spare celeriac.

Could be. Once I opened the menu and saw jellyfish and octopus on the menu, complete with very large, colorful photos, I closed it back up tight and told MrsT to “get me something chicken” and went to the restroom to splash water on my face. :eek:
I once ate at a restaurant that served pelican.
Delicious, but the bill was enormous.

Yes sir. It fed 4 of us. I'll turn the bone into beef broth later today
Yes, sir! it's just like browning & boiling beef bones for soup stock. I sometimes do that. But one person alone wouldn't be able to finish a tomahawk steak. Too much of it!! :headshake: I always ge one of the smallest steak around. Filliet Mignon. I now have it butterflied so that it's always medium well. :whistling:
