Aw, this reminds me of my grandmother's pike dish. She cooked a pike in a large pan with onions and spices, drained and removed the fish bones and added a white sauce made of cooking broth, cream/milk, dill and crumbled boiled eggs. She didn't poach the fish in milk or add parsley, though.Fish pie for dinner so far. Poached the fish(hake) in milk.
