What did you cook or eat today (November 2020)?

Been away for a couple of weeks to avoid the lockdown in Wales, of course England then decided to go into lockdown so we came home! The only good thing is I have my kitchen back so the first thing we had was cod loin in a dill and lemon sauce with pilau rice.

Daily fruitie (today with orange juice, banana, pear, frozen blueberries, strawberries and gooseberries).
 
Prep for tonight's Stuffed boned turkey thigh. I took the bone out and butterflied both sides. The stuffing is pork sausage meat, onion, parsley, sage and breadcrumbs. I will roast the thigh on a trivet of carrots and onions.

I bought some chicken wings yesterday in the hope of making Hungry Man 's KFC recipe but both grocery stores in my area are out of buttermilk. I am so disappointed. I haven't had KFC in at least three years since I lived in N.C. (USA).

I just did them in the air fryer with BBQ sauce. I'll have a salad, cottage cheese and pomegranate with them.
