I had the rest of the leftover ribs and the beans, MrsT opted for her starch-on-starch:

Feeling a bit peckish so tomatoes on toast. The one time I use quite a bit of salt.

Dinner tonight has changed, daughter needs to drop her son to me for 5 hrs as she has a meeting.
His all time favorite is ......nachos.
So I've changed to suit him.
He will be very happy, he told me not to tell his mum but I do better nachos lol.

Today's meal was a stacked cold cuts and cheese sandwich with a layered salad.

The sandwich included horseradish mustard, onion, lettuce, tomato, honey ham, Genoa salami, sopressata, hard salami, pepperoni, Canadian bacon, provolone cheese, Swiss cheese and sharp cheddar cheese.
 
Kudos to you for sticking to cutting down our portion sizes 👍 Your lunch looks good especially the chicken strips.

Yes, they do. Did you use the basic flour/eggwash/flour method for the breading? What kind of seasonings?
