It was very good, a firm texture.I've caught barracuda before, while fishing for something else. I've always tossed it back in the water. I didn't know people ate it.

BTW that is Pad Thai on the left, and my Pad Ke Mao on the right, the Pad Ke Mao (drunken noodles) being fried egg noodles with beef in a chilli and Thai herb sauce.
