Another microwave meal with added protein
Lots of veg in this one, from broccoli, to snap peas, to red cabbage, to chickpeas and quinoa. Very tasty. I upped the protein content because I've been very tired and hungry the last few days and didn't sleep last night at all, so I thought maybe I needed a protein boost (I usually do when I'm craving sugar).

It's one of these Super Nature Wellness Bowl Chickpea Curry Quinoa & Rice Frozen Meal 350g with some of the vegan roasted duck we rather like.
