There was leftovers from the Korean restaurant to which I added some zucchini simmered in beef stock with gochujang then topped with spicy pork pot stickers and pan toasted enoki.

Yeah my old boss owns a couple of restaurants in Sydney and he also has a contract to throw “entertainers” for music industry - he’s hosted Snoop & that guy with all the face tattoos that was hugely popular in 2018?

I made a pot of dirty rice tonight. It is cheap, it is filling, and it is good "grazing" food. I'll eat small amounts of it over the next few days.

Dinner last night lasagna, I froze 6 big pieces for my cravings later.
Picked up some thighs for chicken and pumpkin risotto. One of my wife’s fave dishes. Pic to follow now my camera is sorted.

Last nights dinner. Veal schnitzel and cheese sandwich with vinegar slaw. Pud local grapes and a banana

Veg risotto, broccoli, carrot,cauliflower, some tiny pieces of leftover baked pork, nicely seasoned, and some grated cheese on top, delicious.

Savoury Kipferl ,recipe by my boyfriend. Instead of Ap flour I used corn, rye and fullgrain wheat flours. Filled with ham, ham and cheese, cottage cheese, cheese...not all in one but like each...my kid did the rolling. Excellent recipe. Very happy with taste, very filling. Gone very fast.
And the inevitable torta di formaggio and butternut squash, delicious every time,sugarless.
