Tried out my new bento box for nicer pics.
Dinner was fish fingers, fries, carrots and broccoli with spicy cocktail sauce.

I didn't know what a "bento box" was so I looked it up. They are sold here in Thailand!

Basically, he fried the onions and carrots with some swede. THEN he did the minced beef, and then he made a roux, with a couple of tablespoons of flour, to which he added beef stock. Finally, finely sliced leeks, Lea & P, done. Absolutely delish - and tonight, we´re having the same.

Happy to have ordered a new phone, supposrd to be a functioning camera
...and a phone...
Today was mostly a pizza day.
The first one baked for my daughter's breakfast ( her desire), with farina 00 flour and mozzarella. She rated it 11 out of 10.
Second one for me, with spelt flour, some random discounted Tiroler salami, very good.
I had to head out the door and did not take a pic of the finished spelt pizza...

Didn't fancy much for tea last night and with hubby not home until after midnight, I just used 2 of today's freshly laid eggs and some fresh sourdough I bought whilst out getting meds.

Craig made Sunday Gravy, beef chunks, meatballs, and Italian sausage. Picked up some pizza dough at the grocery since we were out and he wanted some dessert. Made the garlic rolls with it.
