We went Indian tonight. Made from scratch. Even needed to make up a fresh batch of garam masala. Picked the bay leaves straight off the tree.

Butter masala tofu, with carrots and parsnips underneath and brown basmati rice.

I'm picking you dry roasted those spices, then ground??
Dont you love the smells doing that?
