Made biltong using my home oven to dehydrate the steak.

I used to make an excellent brownie recipe that used Nutella. Sadly can't eat it any more though because of the dairy in them.Homemade super moist, chewy Nutella infused brownies with homemade salted carmel on top.

Geez, supper plans changed about six times tonight.
First, it was pork chops. Then it was chicken pot pie. Then I remembered I’d thawed out some frozen spinach to make a spinach dip. Then I remembered the mushrooms that were quickly drying out in the fridge and thought spinach and mushroom pasta.
Ended up making omelettes; spinach, mushroom, and cheese for MrsT and potato, bacon, and cheese for me:
