Last night being a Sunday and family day here, Saturday my daughter decided we would have fish n chips for Sunday dinner. It gave me the whole day off from cooking. Everyone turned up and gave me their orders. I phoned it through then daughter went and picked it up. Told the wife last night I enjoyed the day off cooking. Fish n chips were 10/10 again.
It's Monday am here, I need to go make a cup of earl.

When I was a kid, my sister and I would get up on Saturday morning and watch cartoons on TV, while mom and dad slept in. We would always have Ritz crackers with peanut butter and jelly.

That's a new one on me, too. But, the Carolinas have their own Southern foods that the rest of the South doesn't. That is what they call "lowcountry" cooking in the Carolinas, especially South Carolina.
