There is nothing shameless about cheese.
Chips look really good.Pork and tomato sausage, fried duck egg and chips. The chips were cut from potatoes yesterday, blanched (5 minutes) then frozen overnight. Cooked from frozen in the air fryer this afternoon.
The sauce on the sausage is "Asda Brown Sauce" and the bottle is now virtually empty. I haven't a clue where I bought it.

Do you ever eat them with Jam and Birds custard ? They are a marvelous finger food vehicle. York Au Vents have in Mrs Blanks eyes one massive advantage, no crumbs on the carpet like the humble Vol.We would normally but not this time. Used up the last of the chicken eggs.
