My dinner tonight was a vegetarian frozen pizza. Fine for a frozen pizza.

I made Southern Fried Catfish for supper, and the fish challenge. I feel odd posting in both threads, but I figure some members don't follow the challenges.

Served with lemon wedges and tartar sauce, and a side of dirty rice (it's a cajun thing).

Our local Mekong catfish are called Pangasius hypophthalmus. A member of the shark family I believe.

No fat or oil other than the bacon fat was used to fry any of the ingredients.

Dutch food with a twist. Heaven and earth ( potato & apple mash) , Indonesian frikandel ( Minced meat patty, very spicy) and Dutch smoked sausage.

Oven baked sea bass filled with olive taggiasche, garlic, old bread, parsley, capers in vinegar. Served with yesterday’s leftover broccoli
