Hey thanks.. it's Dim sum. There are some similarities with Siomay, but they have different ingredients. I made chicken with shrimp dim sum. The taste is so delicious specialy if we dip it to chilli oil

In the US, all the locations East of the Mississippi river are Hardee's, and West of the Mississippi are Carl's Jr. I never bothered to find out why.

Yup, in Florida it's Hardee's, as it also is in my part of Ohio. I have only eaten at Hardee's once in the past 25 or more years. When I was a kid, my mom used to take us there over McDonald's. IMO Hardee's has a better burger (from my childhood memories, anyway).

Same thing with Checker's and Rally's, same menu and concept but different names. Never bothered to find out if they are specific to different regions. I don't eat there, so...
