Mexican/Tex-Mex dishes. Chorizo pick-ups, chorizo cooked, drained, then Munster cheese placed over and broiled. Picked up with tortillas or tortilla chips. Guacamole. Taquitos or flautas using flour tortillas and seasoned ground beef mix. I can never remember which is which, I.e. corn versus flour tortillas. Craig made a cooked green salsa with tomatillos, poblano pepper, onion, garlic, etc.,

Last nights dinner. We both wanted to watch the closing arguments in the George Floyd murder trial on CNN. So I put the beans in the slow cooker early morning.
Franks and beans.
You'll be half a world away when the Derek Chauvin verdict is announced. We are biting our nails over here.

Change of plan today, wife got home early, chicken is in fridge but we decided the arvo at the pub, papanui working mans club. Drinks and a lazy $30 in the pokies. Decided to have dinner there. Wife had lamb cutlets fries and salad. I had the beef burger, too die for, I always get it, with an egg added. Worked out good as I had to pick up my s8 which had a new screen pit on for $105.

Just got back from the green market and fish market in Split, The only definite ingredient for tonight is the local new season strawbs. We bought 1 kg of medium prawns for 54 kuna about £6.50, The pair of dover soles and the hake was about £10 or 90 kuna.
