Not a bad guess. From certain angles, the 5 lobes of the fruit do remind me of starfruit, and the overall shape is papaya shaped.Papaya or starfruit?

It´s pale green inside and, to be honest, it doesn´t taste of much. However, it´s great for stuffing with minced meat or something similarIt looks pretty cool, I wonder how it tastes like

About 5 years ago, a chef friend from the east of Venezuela gave me a bag full of mace AND some nutmeg fruit. I made jam and chutney with the fruit. A fascinating flavour!
