You are thinking in the wrong direction... this mayo doesn't have any herbs added. I think it would probably be very difficult to get it to look that smooth using herbs.

Yeah, I was wondering about that. Maybe a green nfused oil was used to make it? I also saw Heinz has a St. Patrick's Day green mayo 🤣

No green infused oil in this although that would be a lovely idea. Parsley oil would be good.
