Well I was guessing herb infused, etc. Nope. Thats why I figured if the aquafaba was from a green lentil or green pea...

Green pea aquafaba mayo?

Yep! Its made from the liquid in a can of processed peas. It was really quite delicious and not at all 'gassy'. Very little of the liquid is used. The rest is oil and a pinch of salt.
