I had just done a quick search on the forum when she wrote that she had posted about it in another thread, and that's the only thing I saw, prosciutto wrapped cantelope. So that must be what it is.

Both are correct.

It's a Galia Melon wrapped in Prosciutto.
DH said that was one of the best Melons, I do not care for them.
<edit-Wiki says that this is a green colored melon, but it sure did look white to me!>
