Clue: Its very very close and related to Szechuan pepper. Maybe its unfair to post the photo here, as some websites confuse/conflate the two. They are subtly different from each other though.

Correct! On the left is timmur or timur and on the right, Sichuan peppercorns which are redder in colour. Neither are actually peppercorns. They both have that numbing chemical plus citrus notes. The timur is rather earthier in taste.
