I made Jumbo Pumpkin and Walnut (that's the white stuff caseydog ) Muffins out of a quick bread boxed mix, and they got gobbled up in nothing flat!

It seems that I either get it right away, or don't get it at all. That immediately looked like a scrambled egg curd to me.
