What made you smile recently (2023)?

My dear 92 year old old Mum is doing her Mrs Malaprop routine again.
My younger sister and I went to see her and Mum explained that recently she's had toilet problems due to becoming 'inconsonant'. Quick as a flash my sister asked Mum if she had a 'Vowel' infection. A good laugh which brightened our day up.

I'm not certain that my first thoughts were much better.

First thought: but Utah is a state
2nd thought: guess that means there's a city called Utah as well then?
3rd thought: is this better or worse (than them)?

I watch the video tomorrow is the download size isn't too big. (Satellite broadband is data capped.)

Yes, Utah is a state. These young people are Americans... they should know this stuff.

It was one of those trivia things my school made us all learn, name all X many states in USA, know all of the capital cities (country capitals, not state capitals, know all the UK counties and the order of them etc
