I have an app that converts F to C, and one of the frustrating things about converting F to C is that many times, the conversion comes up to something like 22.499C, and I have to decide whether to call that 22C or 23C.
Celsius makes sense as a 0 to 100 standard, but with half as many gradients, it is harder to be precise.
