Just reading the new thread about salt and it got me thinking.
Years ago, I worked with a chef whose signature dish was mashed potatoes with 3 tbspns of salt and 200 gms of butter.
One day the police came and took him away.
He was arrested for a - salt and buttery.

We got a lot of new benches installed across two three hoods. They are really nice.
And new bin baskets all over the city.
It does bring a smile.
