What made you smile recently?

I liked him in one movie: The Sixth Sense. But Haley Joel Osment stole the show in that one, Bruce was really just a supporting actor.

Which brings to mind that I actually liked him in Pulp Fiction as well. Also now that I think about it, he was good in Looper. Joseph Gordon-Levitt was the star in that one. Again, a supporting actor. He just doesn't have what it takes IMO to pull of being the lead, though plenty of other people would disagree.

This conversation with my mom yesterday made me laugh:

"Hi, Mom. Hey, I made oatmeal cookies, so I brought you one. I'll put it in the kitchen."

"Here, I'll just have it now."

"Ok. Do you want to go out for breakfast? Have you eaten anything yet today?"

"I'm fine <munches cookie>. I've been eating candy all day."

That's my diabetes-ravaged, world's-highest-cholesterol mom. Gotta love her!
