That is definitely photoshopped because the Z71 package is a Chevrolet option, and that ain't no Chevy truck.

Not to me (it is the Chevy Colorado here).

There are other indications that it was photoshopped, too, if you look closely. Not sure why one would fake it, you could do this on a real truck with a dry-erase marker, and not damage the paint. Of course, you can't go five minutes in Dallas without seeing a Z71 Chevy, and the jokester may be from somewhere that these trucks are rare.
