What to do with celery leaves

My cousins in Phoenix always used Tillamook and when I went on visits I became fond of it (mostly just the regular cheeses). Last year it became available at some grocers in my area so I think they are attempting a nationwide expansion. Maybe it will be available in your stores soon.
That would be great. I keep seeing people saying that they love that brand.

You may be seeing it soon - it’s been down here for a long time.

It started with just their bricks of cheese, but now it’s shreds, and dips, and whatever else they have e.

No, we've got Tillamook here since last year or maybe 2. It was msmofet who was saying they don't have it in her stores. I'm guessing Kroger carries it right? Here in NE Ohio our grocery stores are mostly regional. Meijer moved in our area a few years back but the closest one is 25 minutes away so I shop at Giant Eagle 5 minutes from my home mostly. Meijer probably always had it but I wasn't looking for it.

I probably won't buy celery until my next batch of chicken soup, which could be a few weeks from now. I'll put celery leaves in it. Never did understand why people throw them away.

msmofet I just love everything Tillamook. It's a co-op creamery in Oregon.
We went there way back in the day and took a factory tour and I understand they have up-ed their game and would love to go back again.
Anyways, I'm a thinkin' that maybe because of where you are, Tillamook products may be hard to find.
