Definitely paneer, although it lends itself to absorbing other flavours, especially herbs and spices.
Doubt it'd work with a cinnamon roll, though.

What is a "potato bud" ( I thought potatoes were vegetables, not flowers) and what is a "teezer"? something between a wheezer and a freezer? Or a geezer and a tweezer?
