I've recently changed my supplier of rum and gin.
American bourbon brewing co. Stuffs pretty good. $35 a litre.
They sell bourbon under whiskey due to copyright rules. Tastes just like bourbon. I've tried it.
Guy behind the counter is a dry mono syllable dude.

All Bourbons are whiskey , but not all whiskey is Bourbon.

Having my favorite Fall sangria - I like it because in addition to the usual red wine, brandy, sugar, and fruit, it also has a couple of cinnamon sticks tossed in for the overnight soak, which really makes it autumnal.

Apart from the obvious aberration of adding insane fruit to beer...
(Now i'll be serious for once.. :cool: :cool:)
hops can be very, very aromatic, floral, perfumed. Indiscriminate mixtures of hops, especially in the hands of someone who's experimenting, can produce horrible results. It's a bit like overdoing the spice, IMHO.
That sounds like the toothpaste effect. What was the IBU on that "beer"?
