There’s a lot you can do with Kahlua. I know you said you don’t drink it, but it’s great in hot chocolate, and it’s good to pour a little over ice cream.

An excellent flavoring agent for whipped cream, cake frostings, anything you’d bake with chocolate, it’s good for that. Good in chocolate fudge.

It’s also used more than you’d think as a marinade and in savory sauces…I’ve seen more than one ribeye recipe that uses Kahlua…

Yes, good thinking. I'd put a drop or two in a chile con carne. That'd probably work.
I imagine it'd also be good in a crock pot/slow cooker recipe with beef or chicken, and maybe with smoked brisket.

I had one earlier In the year whilst on holiday, now I understand why they lit the mariner, that stuff is rough.

No I said lit the Marnier, that is rough, the kahlua was fine.

Amarula is like drinking ice cream

We actually used it instead of cream in Irish coffee.
Jameson, coffee and a tot of amarula
