It keeps incredibly well.
My last lot of green oak/red oak grass kept longer than I have previously known it to. This had been at the bottom of the fridge for 6 days.

We do too and they are often labelled 'Little gem'. Basically its a dwarf variety of Cos or Romaine as I think its called in the US. It keeps incredibly well.
except that I haven't given it a name... yet.
