Cascade falls. Very little room to maneuver and no way of getting any further back. It was the water this side of the tree fern or the other, that was all. Luckily with all the recent rain yesterday (flooding and road closures) there was water in the waterfall. Not a guarantee in Australia! (All local low level road crossings are closed currently. )

My street is the last one on the edge of town. This is what’s at the end of it. Nice trail , though. It’s from the Canadian Pacific Railway . They ripped up the tracks about 10 years ago. It goes for a hundred miles. The scenery is prett drab this time

This morning, from the top of the "hill" we live on. (It's actually 900m high so calling it a hill is more or less like saying England has no mountains because Scarfell Pike is only 978m).

Apparently they do, but they are slow and expensive to raise for meat.
